Our founder, Daniel, has been tinkering with PCs for over 25 years. He started DustyCircuits because he saw a gap — there was no easy, trustworthy way for people to get their computers professionally cleaned. The whole idea rests on trust. Customers trust us with their expensive, precious hardware, and we need technicians we can trust to treat every machine like it's their own.
That's why we treat our technicians as valued partners. You're not a number on a spreadsheet. You're the face of DustyCircuits in your area, and we want you to feel proud of that. We'll give you everything you need to succeed — training, equipment, insurance, support, and a fair share of the revenue — because when you do well, we all do well.
Technicians work with us on a self-employed basis, which means you're your own boss. You set your own hours and manage your own schedule. You'll be responsible for your own tax affairs, but you'll have the freedom and flexibility that comes with being self-employed, backed by the support and brand recognition of DustyCircuits.

Zero Buy-In Cost
There's nothing to pay upfront. No franchise fees, no equipment deposits, no hidden charges. We believe in removing barriers, not creating them.
Full Training
Whether you're already experienced or eager to learn, we'll make sure you're fully trained on our processes, safety standards, and customer care approach.
Equipment Supplied
We provide all the professional tools you need — compressed air, thermal paste, cleaning supplies, anti-static gear, the lot. You just bring the enthusiasm.
Branded Uniform
Look the part from your very first job. We'll kit you out with DustyCircuits branded workwear so customers know they're getting the real deal.
Exclusive Area Coverage
You'll have your own dedicated patch. You'll be the sole DustyCircuits technician in your area — the only time we'd consider adding another tech is if demand significantly outgrows what one person can handle, and we'd always discuss that with you first. To maintain exclusive area rights, we ask that you offer at least 25 bookable hours per week.
Ongoing Support
You're never on your own. We're always just a message away for technical questions, tricky situations, or just a chat. We've got your back.
Insurance Covered
We provide full insurance cover for the work you carry out. If something goes wrong on a job, you're protected — no need to arrange your own policy.
Flexible Hours
You're self-employed, so you set your own schedule. Work the hours that suit your life. If you want exclusive area rights, we just ask for at least 25 bookable hours a week.
How the Money Works
We believe in being completely upfront about pay. No surprises, no small print.
Target Revenue Share
This is where we're heading. Once your initial equipment costs are covered, you'll take home 70% of every job you complete.
Starting Revenue Share
Since there's no buy-in cost, your starting rate is 50% while we recover the cost of your equipment and training. Simple and fair.
A note on pricing
DustyCircuits is still in its early days, and we're honest about the fact that we're still adapting and refining our pricing as we grow. What we can promise is that we'll always be transparent with you about how things work, and as the business grows and stabilises, so will the opportunities for our technicians. We're building this together.
Our Vetting Process
Our customers invite DustyCircuits technicians into their homes and trust them with expensive, often irreplaceable hardware. That's a responsibility we take seriously — and we know you do too.
Every applicant goes through a straightforward vetting process. This isn't about catching people out — it's about making sure our customers feel safe and confident, which ultimately helps you build trust with the people you serve.
Depending on your role and location, you may be asked to complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. We'll guide you through the process and cover the costs — it's nothing to worry about if you've got nothing to hide!
