How long does a cleaning take?

A Basic Clean takes about 30-45 minutes. A Deep Clean takes 1-2 hours depending on the condition. The Ultimate Care package takes 2-4 hours as it includes optimization and updates.

Do I need to bring my PC to you?

For Basic and Deep Clean, yes — you can drop it off or we can arrange pickup for a small fee. The Ultimate Care package includes free pickup and delivery.

Will cleaning void my warranty?

No. Cleaning your PC does not void any manufacturer warranty. We use proper anti-static procedures and professional tools.

What if something goes wrong?

We're fully insured and take every precaution. In the rare event that something is damaged during cleaning, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Can you clean laptops too?

Absolutely! We clean both desktops and laptops. Laptop cleaning requires more careful disassembly, which is reflected in our process but not our pricing — the same plans apply.

Do you offer business or bulk discounts?

Yes! If you need multiple PCs cleaned (offices, gaming cafes, etc.), contact us for a custom quote. We offer significant discounts for bulk orders.
